Rhubarb Apple Cinnamon

You can create a low-calorie version of the pie you crave with this superbly refreshing infusion. Fresh rhubarb is essential, so make sure to source it locally.


8 cups of water3 cups of water
1 apple¼ apple
2 stalks rhubarbSmall rhubarb stalk
2 cinnamon sticksSmall cinnamon stick


Thinly slice apple and rhubarb into bite size pieces. Muddle together in a large pitcher. Pour in water, add cinnamon sticks. Allow the mix to chill and infuse for 1-4 hours before enjoying.
