Infusion Pro stands behind the quality of every product we make by offering a limited lifetime warranty against manufacturer defects.

Infusion Pro warrants to the original end user customer that our products are free from defects in materials and workmanship and as such will replace any part of our product that prove defective by reason of improper workmanship or materials. If Infusion Pro is unable to replace the product or defective parts, we will refund the original form of payment for the current value of the product at the time the warranty claim is made.

This limited lifetime warranty covers only replacement or refund for defective products, not products that are damaged during everyday use (dropping, improper handling, etc.).

This limited lifetime warranty applies only if proof of purchase is provided by the original end user customer to Infusion Pro and Infusion Pro verifies said purchase.

This limited lifetime warranty does not cover damage to any product that results from improper installation, abuse, misuse, natural disaster, abnormal conditions, repair or modification.

This limited lifetime warranty does not cover any products on which the original identification information has been altered, obliterated or removed, or has not been handled or packaged correctly, has been bought or sold as second-hand, used, or has been resold without the consent of Infusion Pro and/or contrary to applicable law.

Infusion Pro is not liable for and does not cover under warranty any products not purchased directly from Infusion Pro Inc., either through Infusion Pro’s website or Infusion Pro's storefronts within authorized third-party seller websites.

Infusion Pro reserves the right to change the terms of this limited lifetime warranty at any time and without notice.
